Who We Are The Lancaster Industrial Development Agency is a public benefit corporation, formed under Article 18-A of New York State’s General Municipal Law. The LIDA is governed by a common policy, the Countywide Industrial Development Agency Uniform Tax Exemption Policy, which was adopted in Erie County, New York on December 12, 2001 and amended as of January 1, 2010. |
